COVID 19 Safety Policy
Dear patients, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak:
● Please wear your mask when attending the practice.
● For the safety of our patients, our team and our community we have implemented
additional safety and hygiene -procedures. These are in addition to our normal strict
infection control procedures
● Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about Covid 19
● If you are suffering from any of the identified symptoms of Covid 19, please do not
come to see us. Please stay home and seek medical advice.
● If you have recently travelled from a COVID 19 hot spot in the last 14 days prior to your
appointment, please reschedule to a later date.
● Please contact us via phone, email, social media, and messenger if you’d like to
discuss the measures we’ve put in place.
● Please check for further updates here, and also on our social media pages.
● It’s recommended you follow all Government COVID-19 advice, including to limit
social interactions as much as possible.
